Industry Articles

Race to the Starting Line

In April 2009, I published Race to the Starting Line: How to Succeed in College by Leaving Grades Behind. The book stresses the importance of networking, attitude and work experience as factors of success instead of just a high GPA. I’ve been honored to have sold over 1000 copies and have spoken to high schools and colleges all over Ohio. Click here to read an excerpt.

OpenBook is a short sci-fi/fantasy novel I’m writing using real-time feedback from my community to craft the plot. It’s a work in progress and I work on it during the holidays.
